Oh, this brings back fond memories. I totally didn't remember how bizarre this movie was, even though I remember that the plot made sense--at least, I think it did, since you make me doubtful of that.

I love how you construct the story here, building the world, introducing us to the characters, and then throwing us headlong into the plot. It's very clear and fascinating. I like what you did on the "lemon and lime" lines.

(I also can't help but note that you seem to bring out scenes that can be comparable to the recent movie adaptation--intentional? No? It's interesting, in any case.)
