I really liked this vid. I am not a fan of the source material, and I admit I only looked at it because I liked the song, but the vid really worked for me because it's well put together and I think it does some really interesting things. It's making me wonder if I want to give the movie another chance.

What a great character study of Danielle -- this really captured her strength.

This did such a fabulous job of capturing the feel of the movie - how independent and strong she was, despite everything.

Whoa. i haven't seen the movie, and I watched the other Ever After festivid first, which gave me a sense of the movie as a sweet romance, so it was unexpected -- but very cool! -- to see a much darker vid to the same source, one that really emphasizes Danielle's suffering and strength. The sound of the song really sold this angle on the movie, for me. I really, really liked this.

I really enjoyed this. It was so interesting to view Danielle through this lens and I really need to go and rewatch so I can have this in my mind all the time. Also, thank you for introducing me to a fantastic song.

I enojyed the original's subversion of gender tropes, and you've really captured that here, as well as the ... transformative power of Danielle's will over the reality of life around her.

Oh, that was just wonderful. I always adored this movie (my favorite was the younger stepsister), and you've made me want to go back and rewatch it just to remember how awesome Danielle really is. Thank you.
