This? Is completely delightful! You took it in such an unexpected direction, but it speaks to me, and captures the spirit of the show brilliantly. It's all about connections and the community, and the way they share drinks is such a great way to bring that out.

On the one hand, I can't believe you made me two vids! On the other hand, given how delightful I found both of them, I am not entirely surprised they were by the same vidder. The idea had crossed my mind before reveals.

Are your vids archived anywhere? I want to go and watch your other work now, as I don't think I've seen much of it before.

:D I had ideas for both requests, so I figured why not use them? Hee. So happy you enjoyed watching them as much as I enjoyed making them! (The Jackie Chan vid was seriously so much fun to make, I had an absolute blast with it.) I'd actually been hoping I might match with you, based on letters, so I was thrilled when I in fact did!

Heh, I've only posted a tiny handful of vids before, and the first couple are pretty flawed, but you can find them all in my masterlist here, anyway. :)

Oh, this made me smile with nostalgia. I love this series (both the books and the show, which I wish had gone to many seasons!) and the drinking of tea is such a big part of it!

This is such a cool concept, and it brings out such important things about the show--Grace's growth as a detective, her friendship with Mma Ramotswe, and how such a big part of Mma Ramotswe's strength as a detective is her compassion and her willingness to listen. What a lovely vid.
