Okay for real though, kuwdora and I were screaming throughout the entire first watch of this vid. I'm so glad you made this the way you did -- there are so many puppy faces, so many feelings, it's uplifting, and… it's just exactly what I was hoping for and more. Your lyrical interpretation is absolutely fantastic and the way the vid progresses is honestly masterful. Anyone can make a vid about puppies, and that is all well and good, but you are telling a clear story here and it's so powerful. I have a lot of feelings.

Okay, specific things: Use of song was perfect. The credits are adorable. I like how the dogs move to the music -- it is awesome puppy choreography! The vet section made me tear up. <3 I love "but you're there for me too" at 1:22 and the section that follows. The POV switch was very clear (especially with the clip that's literally from a dog's point of view at 1:38) and worked super well. Mutually beneficial partnership between doggies and parolees <333 I love the teamwork section, too. Really great internal motion there that hits the beats of the song well. PUPPY BELLIES! The end with the montage of adoptable puppies is super sweet and a smart way to end the vid.

I'm going to watch this a billionty times because it is perfect. Thank you <333333

this is everything perfect and beautiful about the show and the people and the dogs, everything wonderful, i can't even handle it. and it's so GOOD like it's not just adorable and heartwrenching, i love the lyric matches, the dogs getting baths and dogs chained up being set free and "the only one who knows what it's like to be me" (which is where i just totally fucking lost it sobbing and i think the people next door probably thought i was being murdered or something). god, i love this vid. this vid is perfect.
