IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL. I am so fucking in love with that song choice and its calm, melancholy tone in contrast to the world they live in, the death and destruction that's starting to creep into their lives. This is already one of my favourites of this year's festivids.

Cool song choice and pacing.

Love the Madison bit where the music changes about 1:30 where she's alone. And long clips on Kim Dickens' face. Who doesn't love that?

Well, as I continuously refer to FTWD as "Kim Dickens Zombie Show" I'm surprised and very much pleased that this is a Madison vid?? Whaaat?!?! She is the heart of this show (for me for sure but hopefully for everyone else as well) and this was a wonderful look at her story so far. All the pieces of her "home" that you showed were very precise and what a great song choice. So emotional! SO KIM DICKENS!!!!

Lovely editing and use of the song! I never did watch this show but I love how you focused on this character and her relationships in a very human way - as the other comment said, the calm and melancholy tone in the midst of an increasingly dark and bloody situation. The reveal of the zombie toward the end and that shot of her FACE with the hand approaching her at 3:35. Really well-done!!

I've never seen this show, but that wasn't what I was expecting at all! And I mean that in a good way. I love the human, emotional focus of this. All the places where the darkness and violence crept in were more powerful for it. Your clip choices on "home" were really poignant, even without seeing the show. Really really gorgeous work!
