I love everything about this vid. From the opening use of negative space, to the transition of Henry from effete to weary warrior, the pathos, the political infighting, and the choice of music. All of it. Thank you.

Oh, this was excellent. I have super-strong affection for the original score, and so was worried that I'd struggle with whatever you chose for music, but this worked really well. And, ugh, it's been ages since I've seen the film, but this both makes me want to and dread to, so good and so difficult. Lovely work!

I really liked this. The choice of music must have been very difficult, but you made it work so well. I especially liked the segue into the softer tones of the music for the flashbacks to Falstaff and then back into harsher music as Bardolph is hanged. The fall at the end was the perfect ending.

I have a particular love for Branagh’s Henry V and for the 2Cellos, but I never imagined them together. Well done!

This was such a favorite film of mine at the time and there are so many actors I first saw in it. Such an unexpected choice of music, too.

This is really great--I love how you managed to work the transitions in the music into the arc of the vid so well. I need to rewatch the movie.

That bit where Henry kissed the ground and the slight pause before the manic strings came in and the fighting section was *wonderful*

Anon you are amazing! I did not expect anyone to vid me Henry V, I am so pleasantly surprised. I'm sending you all the hugs :D

You also managed to include most of my favourite bits of the film into this vid: Scroop getting slapped for his epic betrayal (that whole scene kills me every time), Montjoy's rather obvious crush on Hal, Bardolph's hanging and of course the final battle.

Bits that really stood out:
The whole opening sequence (00:12-00:34)
The interlude - flashback sequence/Bardolph's hanging
The entirety of the battle plus abrupt (and very fitting) end.

I love this and thank you so much! <3

I really liked the inclusion of the happier times toward the end before cutting back to the war! It was really effective.

Such intensity! The music choice was perfect.
