Lyrics
A little bit independent in your walk

A little bit independent in your talk

There's nothing like you in Paris or New York

You're awfully easy on the eyes

A little bit independent when we dance

A little bit independent toward romance

A bit of sophistication in your glance

And yet you're easy on the eyes

Whenever I'm with you alone

You weave a magic spell

And though it be a danger zone

I only know that you're swell

A little bit independent with your smile

A little bit independent in your style

But how can I help but love you all the while

When you're so easy on the eyes

Oh, yeah, that's a great song for them and you've done a beautiful job painting their relationship across it. Thank you so much for this!

Aw, lovely. You know, I love the gentle (and occasionally bittersweet) humour in this (independent dancing! magic spell and danger zones!) and what you did with the instrumental section in the middle - Peter hopscotching (is that a word?), getting out of the revolving door, Harriet behind the newspaper... And I love how it fits that Harriet initiates the kiss at the end, not the other way around.

Your timing is perfect, from the hands on the piano to the kiss right on the most dramatic note.

That was just so them. I loved the timing, the cuts, the music. Just amazing
shallowness: Fred and Ginger dancing in foregroud, him in tails, her in a dark gown, background a white circle (moon or spotlight) (Fred and Ginger dancing)

I only know the books, not this adaptation, but the song schoice, in terms of era and content, and all the looking from him and the development of Harriet's feelings were so nicely judged.
