Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh I love this so much! I'm sorry for commenting so late (I completely thought I had already) but I've watched this so many times already and have shown it to many people while cooing over it. This is so stylish, deeply fun, makes excellent use of the dance numbers, and highlights a bunch of the excellent gender feels that I was hoping for out of a vid. Your cuts are also great, and I loved the repetition of the wig imagery (especially at the end! HAH!) The song choice is completely inspired, and I love that you chose a song by a trans woman, especially someone who plays with gender expression and femme-ness as much as she does. Also, I'm particularly grateful because I know I was on the last-minute punch hit list, so if you made this on very short notice, I'm completely blown away. Thank you so, so, SO much. :D

I'm so glad you commented. I'd been trying to put it out of mind that you hadn't, because I know sometimes life happens, but it's so great to hear from you and that you liked it.

Even though it was a pinch hit, I'd been planning to make a Victor/Victoria vid at some point anyway, so I'd already done some thinking about it. Shawna Virago's song was the missing piece that made it all come together. It's especially pleasing the song worked so well for you, given that it was your prompt that made me explore that direction.
