YOU MADE A CHA SONG JOO VID!! AND IT'S SO GOOD!!

I will have to comment again later because I'm afraid to watch this more than once in company in case I actually cry, but ahhhh. I love the song choice, and the musicality, and the cuts between dancing and stabbing. I love everything it chooses to be.

Okay I needed to watch it more anyway. I needed this vid in my life. The editing is gorgeous -- the sense of musicality is beautiful, and the kind of deadpan sharp movements/stillness really works with this show and with Cha Song Joo. And what a perfect song for her.

Stuff I loved:
- All the non-character establishing shots!
- Her wink, omg, and then the horror-movie lightning flashes outside the window. *All* the use of light going on or off on a beat.
- And her eyebrow raise at 1:06.
- There were two other Capital Scandal fans in the room with me and I made them watch it and we all just looked at each other at Lee Soo Hyun getting the "you better listen to me, cause I know what's best for you" lines and made identical oooooh burn! faces. I love him, but. On that note: the exchange of looks at 2:00, so perfect.
- And then we all looked stricken at the next part ...
- The whole sequence around 2:40 is just stunning.

I am SO THRILLED this exists and that it's for me. :D :D :D

Don't know the show but it looks amazing. That end was pretty devastating.
