What a beautiful song choice for a festival of flaming incompetence with occasional moments of despair! This captures the sense of lurching from disaster to disaster that the canon does so well.

HAHAHA. I've only seen a bit of this show, but this was thoroughly delightful and hilarious anyway. So clever! I love how the things they don't know how to work span from computers and cell phones and the media, to revolving doors, file boxes, markers and post-it notes. I laughed a lot! :D

To be completely fair to the characters, nine tenths of their mistakes I could easily see myself making. Missending an email by guessing the address instead of actually looking it up? Been there, done that, ruined the shirt in the laundry.

That. Is Genius. It shouldn't be possible to vid something which is so dependent on its gloriously scabrous language, but it made me focus on how good the physical comedy was. Three things I really liked: (1) Malcolm's fleeting appearances until the whole section about the cat, which was suddenly all about Malcolm's fury; (2) the musical break of shame and utter panic; and (3) "making the customers" which focuses on the people watching the debacle unfold.

(Okay I lied. Four things: (4) Robin at "that's what I want to find... OUT")

I do not know this source, but I find I didn't need to! :) It's hard to edit an ensemble cast, but wow, you did it, and I find the concept of the out-of-control situations and incompetency to be hilariously compelling.

This was hilarious. I've never seen the source, but I loved all the "I don't know?! Don't you know? What do you mean you don't know either?!" The timing was brilliant throughout the whole thing. My favorite segment was the whole section around the vegetarian cat, just amazing, so funny.
