You are entirely correct in that it is a really ridiculous film. I got around this by simply cutting out the majority of the plot and focused on the scenes where Hansel and Gretel just stared at each other. Glad you like it!

I only watched the movie last night, so didn't get a chance to watch this until just now, but I love it! You make it so sweet and wistful, and find all the sweet moments to tell a very different story than the one in the film. Gorgeous!
