Oh this is marvelous! I love what someone else said above about their "wild, heartfelt love story" because, yes, that! This song is just the perfect tone and you've used it so well. I love the themes of storytelling and art woven throughout. This captures all the emotional complexities of these relationships, and their shared love of theater, performing, drama. There are feelings of all sorts just bursting out of this, and it's so affecting.

I love this vid! It's such a beautiful song choice and you use it to great effect with showing the emotional journey between the three characters as they deal with the death. I really love the structure of how you focus the first and second character on each verse and then I love the transition to "sun still rises even through the rain" with the music rising to the play being performed. And the end broke my heart with the swans, chair and flashback, just perfect.

Wow. I love that this is about people and relationships, but it's also about things that we imbue with meaning because of those relationships- the Hamlet text, the skull, the photograph, the chair.
