I'M BACK I'M BACK and I'm so happy. I have wanted a Drunk History vid SO BAD and I genuinely had no idea how anyone would manage to pull it off given the source but you did a freaking amazing job!! I love how you go back and forth between the reenactments and the drunk storytellers, just like the show does, keeping that "history on booze!!" feel and with the opening clip from the show credits perfectly establishing the show premise for people who might have no idea wtf is going on before drunkenly unspooling it all. And it's so fun, and the editing is so great, I love the rhythm of it and the shots you pulled and the motion timing. AND I LOVE THAT YOU MADE THIS VID DRUNK. My hat is off to you, vidder. You were committed and you did amazing. Thank you so much.

(P.S. I freaking love the credits, and that clip of the dude being abandoned by his cat is such a perfect one to use on "for trelkez" that either you know me and my life or made a random choice that was dead accurate.)

Omg I loved this whole thing but CACKLED at the credits. This is very impressive, especially for drunk vidding. The song was so fun and matched the source really well. Nice job!

Um ok so this is amazing?? I love this song and I loved the stretch where everybody was falling over, and I loved the ridiculous re-enactments inter-cut with enthusiastic drunk hand gestures. I have seen bits and pieces of this show and now I am reminded of all the things I liked about it.

First I have to testify: so um I never watched Drunk History because the one time I tried it I was like, "ugh I don't like being around drunk people when I'm sober and this seems weird." (yes, I feel embarrassed to be sharing that now)

BUT THEN I WATCHED YOUR VID AND NOW I'VE WATCHED AN EPISODE NEARLY EVERY DAY. THANK YOU VIDDER! I REALLY NEEDED THIS SHOW!

Second: ok so the VID though. That was fucking WONDERFUL. It's so pop-y and captures the buoyancy of the show, while also remaining completely coherent? Which is the same narrative challenge the show faces...Because your vid tells the story of how beautiful drunk logic and vidding logic are the same. It's all the logic of motion and feelings. I get that. This is beautiful, powerful stuff! This is some 100-proof mash!
