Oh wow! I asked for spectacle, and you delivered in the most delightful way. This is gorgeous. The tragic arrest! The armada! The chariot race! The gleaming pectorals! And of course, the cloaks! You have it all. Thank you so much, wonderful festividder. This is fabulous.

Just came back to watch again (and again). This really is so pretty. Whatever your process is for getting source, this is so clean and lovely. It really does justice to the scope of the film.

Ahhh, this is incredible! Your storytelling is wonderful and you really managed to capture the epic scope and feel of the movie. I loved all the intercutting of Judah and Messala's history you did, it really drove home the emotional impact and Judah's journey as a character. Bravo!

This is fantastic! It's been so many years since I saw this film, I really don't remember it at all well - but you've made me want to rewatch it! This was really intense and emotional, and had some fab timing - loved the drumbeats!
