This is beautiful, sad and powerful. The rhythm and pathos of the song choices lets you bring all the characters' screwed up attempts to deal with life, death and grief so well. I found there were always so many storylines going on in Caprica that I never got to fully connect with what was going on in each one, and I feel more appreciation for what the show was trying to do when I watch your vid.

I really, really liked this. Vids so rarely focus on grief, and I thought this was a great portrait of that emotion -- and the way it can tear a family apart.

I always felt so awful for Amanda. Her husband was a dick, her daughter was a religious fanatic and while she was privileged and clueless and I'm sure she was not totally innocent, I always felt like she was at the mercy of the world for everything they did, and she was used by nearly everyone in this show. It was painful to watch this but also made me happy that somebody else saw Amanda.

Oh, the Greystones. So, *so* messed up. This is a wonderfully evocative look at them and their grief and their general inability to cope with the things they do and the things that are done to them. Very nicely done!

Ooh, a Caprica vid! Amanda is such a great choice for focus because of the way she's located in relation to the other characters, and you used her storyline so well. It was lovely.

This is really gorgeous -- love the slow exploration of grief, the similarities between Amanda and Zoe.

I adore this. It's so powerful and sad. The song is perfect for the material.

i really like this. it is powerfully sad and the song is brilliant. it displays the tension brought on by grief that is much of what made me enjoy caprica, amanda in particular.
