Oh, god, this song seems so perfect, and this vid so intense with complicated feelings and situations! I don't know the source, but I feel like the vid made me *get* to know these characters and their story--and really invest in their lives. I really enjoyed watching your vid!

I actually stopped my Festivids watching and went and caught up on the last two episodes for this vid, because after the first ten seconds I knew I wanted to experience it properly. And it is GORGEOUS, just, it fills my heart with so many feelings. I love the way it retells his story with this perfect song, how it comes back home each time with "beautiful in Los Angeles," the constant struggle he goes through and the moments of love. I am really really excited to download this and watch it big and not streaming.

This is so gorgeously done! I've never seen the show, but now kind of want to (or, at least, I want a supercut for these characters!) You do such a good job of depicting his bad choices, his difficulty changing, his ability to be a complete asshole - but also making me feel a lot of compassion for him. The ending is AWESOME. Lovely work.

You should totally watch the show! This plot is my favorite but there's some great women characters on the show (including Jewel Staite) and it's Canadian (ironically) so it's not your typical CW drama.
