Lyrics
Oh, Death, оh Death, oh Death,

Won't you spare me over til another year

But what is this, that I cant see

with ice cold hands taking hold of me

When God is gone and the Devil takes hold,

who will have mercy on your soul

Oh, Death, оh Death, oh Death,

No wealth, no ruin, no silver, no gold

Nothing satisfies me but your soul

Oh, Death,

Well I am Death, none can excel,

I'll open the door to heaven or hell.

Oh, Death, оh Death,

my name is Death and the end ïs here...

WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!

That was was perfect and creepy and beautiful and dark, just like the film. Your flow and clip sequence/juxtaposition/comparison is really evocative and interesting. Great use of hands and grabbing, especially.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

This is sol_se. I can't get to my computer at the moment.

WELL THAT WAS UPSETTING. Brilliantly edited. I love the way you used the words and illustrations of the book, and all the parallels/juxtapositions of the clips flowed together really well. Great vid!

Oh, wow, this is fantastic! The way you used the movie's imagery was so striking - I was especially moved by all the shots of open movies. And fantastic song choice! And your ending! Wow, so creepy. Really, really excellent vid.

Back again! (This time logged in.)

I think I could rewatch this vid over & over and find new things each time. I love the attention to detail, and how you found interesting connections in movement or shape between seemingly disparate scenes. For example, 0:55, kicking on the back of the car seat --> kicking against the door.

YOU ARE AMAZING, VIDDER.
