OMG, I'm so so so happy someone used my oddly specific song request for a vaguely feminist vampire movie. OMG, thank you, thank you, thank you.

You mixed the time periods so well. I didn't imagine it working so well going from the past to the modern and back.

I love the moody atmospheric beginning and the use of imagery with the bug and the pearl and the swirl and the everything.

Love the lyric use for "kiss," so good.

OMG, "twist on the rack?!?!?!" GTFO, that was such a good bit of lyric use. And into the violence!?!?! LOVE.

The use of the movie on tv is so good and wonderful and I love it and it comes back to fit at just the right time.

OMG, the shoes and the train and blue and the sky, wow.

That's the best music cue for the water turning red, SO GOOD.

OMG, the "and you fly" is beautiful with the "shade" and "fallen leaves" and the bird?!?!? So much more than I thought it could be.

That ending is perfection from the manuscript to the waterfall to that first kiss to "The End." OMG, kill me now. I love it.

Omg that was so haunting and wonderful and I loved all the swirls at the beginning and it really reminded me of what I loved about this film. I want to watch this so many times, I feel like there were loads of wonderful little touches I missed!

Oh, this vid is beat-by-beat perfection for this movie, well done capturing all the haunting familiar twisted classy degrading violence of the original.

Wow, this vid is so striking! The subdued tone of the song really allows you to work with the slow, gripping imagery that the film provided. The two combined create the feeling of predator and prey which is very appropriate for the content, I suppose! You had some magical graphic cuts in this (0:16-0:17 = *praise hands emoji*) and your use of "on the edge of a blade" throughout the vid is just so powerful, how it evolves! Amazing work!
