Hi! I'm so so glad that you liked the vid. I know that it wasn't what you were imagining, and I felt quite bad about that as I was making it, but your prompt entirely inspired the direction since you were talking about how FaTM is so popular in fandom, and once that seed was planted in my head I just couldn't let it go (or it wouldn't let me go!) I have half a mind to go back though and make you the vid you likely imagined, because I loved working with the music video footage and I'd meant to get into concert video footage too before this thing took on a life of its own.

But I'm so glad that it made you feel happy about fandom, because in the end that was my goal with the vid overall! Well--happy about fandom and FaTM and the merger of the two, of which I'm sure we've seen only the beginning.

Anyway, thank you for the inspiring prompt! This was my first festivid experience but definitely not my last!

But that's a good thing about Festivids, the fact that you can get a vid that you weren't expecting and it still turns out awesome :)

(Although, I totally wouldn't be opposed if you made a vid with only F+tM ;) I'm sure that would turn out awesome!)
