I don't know this source at all, but the vid is beautiful and does a wonderful job telling a story and building a sense of connection between the two female characters, even if I can't quite puzzle out there relationship. It works with the music to be quite haunting.

The relationship is an unusual one, definitely. The younger girl has been rescued and trained by the older one to help bring down the organisation from the inside (feeding information to Nikita on the outside). I'm glad you found the piece haunting. Thanks for the feedback!

I've been rather quiet online of lot but it was good to hear other people enjoying the show's strengths. It isn't perfect but I've been pleased with the building of Nikita's and Alex's journey so far, both strong and interesting women.

Not perfect, but it's managed to pleasantly surprise me all along the way, and the things it does handle very well are things that are pretty rare on TV. I just love how important Nikita and Alex's relationship gets to be, and how much ass they get to kick :D

Now that there's a reveal I guess people will be putting up dl posts, and then I can carry this sucker with me everywhere hooray!

I don't know this source (yet?), despite the best of intentions to watch it, but this is really gorgeous. The song strikes me as really apt, so haunting and determined and a little hopeful. I love the connection between the two women, which is obviously not at all simple and this vid definitely makes me want to know more about them both.

i'm not familiar with the source or the song but this is a fantastic intro to both. i love the physicality in this, and i really like the scene where the main character breaks out of the chains attached to the ceiling and turns them into a weapon. totally bad-ass; i might need to watch this show. :)

Ahhh, yeah, the show did me MASSIVE favours with the final ep before mid-season. :) That footage was a godsend! Nikita is definitely badass, and the show is maturing nicely.
