I love the rhythm and the speed and the the way you use movement in this vid... Such good use of the mix of glamor and grime, sexiness and deep gruesomeness in the films, the way blood takes us into this heightened world and then leaves us behind again... I will definitely be watching this many more times.

Well, see, Anton is drinking blood to be more like a vampire so he can catch a rogue one, and his neighbor has a total mancrush on him and is adorable, but Anton is a giant douche with a stick up his ass about dark Others vs. light Others, and all vampires are dark Others. And then, in the second movie, Anton is accused of a crime he didn't commit, so he changes bodies with Olga, but then he gets frisky with Sveta in his borrowed body, and dark Others drive really awesome cars really awesomely...

What? That's what's going on! ;)

This is pretty incredible, and so tight with the editing. It's all gritty and harsh but then super, super hot in this really compelling mix that I could not look away from.

These movies are hella hot. I have asked for Anton/Kostya bloodplay for Yuletide before (that's the main dude who's drinking blood at the beginning and his vampire neighbor who takes him to get more blood).

I loved the opening of this, such gritty visuals but highly stylized and evocative. The fighting in the slow was really cool, and all the hats folks were wearing very wild. All the car and driving footage was used so well, and I completely loved the red car and its driver, so strongly characterized, very flashing and slick and cool. Definitely a great vid, and makes me want to see the source!

I'm so amused that you like Alisa. She was totally my least favorite in the books, but her footage was just too awesome, so she stole the scene in my vid.
