Oh wow, I really like this! My favorite part is how May goes from contemplative to badass action hero right when the music changes -- such good use of the music, I love it! -- but I also like how the vid suggests her relationships with each of the other characters as the vid goes on.

Basically this vid is further evidence that I would love the show so much more if it had about 500% more Melinda May. :D

Melinda Maaaaay! This is fabulous. The musicality of it is perfect - the mixture of badass fighting clips and quieter thoughtful clips just when the music demands it. I particularly love the moment of her picking up the Asgardian staff.

Oh, awesome! Your pacing is terrific; I love the shifts all the way through this, perfectly timed from quiet, distanced, almost isolated support-person to hands-on bad-ass action hero to being part of the team, with relationships with everyone together and also individually -- so great. (That first shift to badass May had me going "yeah!!" in my head *g*). And using the shots of her piloting, and the plane flying, to tie all her facets together - gorgeous.
