AHHHHHHHHHHHH WHAAAAAAT EVEN THIS IS THE BESSSSST. It's not only a vid that captures everything I super love about these delightfully creepy committed sisters but also YOU PUT ACTUAL MAGIC IN IT?!!! I've never seen a vid with actual magic in it. I was sold on this vid in like the first five seconds.

I love love love how you celebrated the dimensions of their epic curse -- the twisted connection of sex, death, love, and men on one side, and ultimately, how the sisters eternal (and incesty) devotion is so shaped by it as well. You also really captured each sister's unique voice and ambivalence and possessiveness soooo wellll. This is just freaking perfect. THANK YOU!

This vid is SO AWESOME! The song choice was SO freaking perfect (especially when the bug comes out) and I absolutely love the opening candle blowing haha. The energy of this and great intercutting worked so well. I LOVE the sister love you showed between them, the connection they can't stop together with all the great imagery you show between them. I especially love all the shots around 2:50 and the handholding/hugging at the end was perfect!

Using that opening to invite us into the vid is just inspired, and while I know jack-all about the source, I love the portrait of these two women -- and the larger circle of women they live in -- and their devotion to each other. Lovely use of the blood-sharing / hand-clasping motif, as well.
