Oh mystery vidder, as everyone says, this just hits right in all the feelings I had for that series and ALL THE HOURS watching the BTS. I may need to go watch some of those last ones from ROTK now. The musical cues and choice of music are just brilliant. The refrains of kings and walls coming down were especially poignant.

There is no way I am going to be able to articulate how much I love this, it gave me shivers and tears and I am drowning in feels over here, I just watched it twice back to back and I can't wait for there to be a download so I can watch it forever. This is just everything, oh man, my forever fandom. This is the absolute perfect song for it! I love how you interwove all of the wonderful cast footage with the graphics and miniatures and production shots, all the places where you can see the nuts and bolts and hard work that created these movies, and oh god all the love, so much love. And really perfect lyric matches! Oh no I am so incoherent, just know that this is everything I wanted and you are amazing, thank you.

Eeee I'm so glad you like it, thank you for requesting LOTR, I hadn't seen any of the behind-the-scenes stuff in years. The song came up on shuffle and emotions hit me like a ton of bricks and I threw out the mediocre HCL vid draft I was working on and did this instead!

This is the most visceral reaction I have had to a vid in a long time. When the music started, I immediately started crying and I kept crying minutes after the vid ended. I had so many feelings concerning this particular trilogy back in the day and I am actually so very happy to realize that those feelings have not gone away, that while they are just buried deep in me, they will always be there.

I still have so much love for everything and anything related to this trilogy, including all the cast and crew who are not just names in the credits but names that I recognize and can connect faces to them. THIS IS THE ROCK, THE FOUNDATION MY BEING A FANGIRL IS BASED ON.

Oh my god, this is so incredibly lovely, and it totally made me tear up. I love how you intercut all the footage, and the way that all different parts of the cast and crew are represented here, from the miniatures team to the vfx. There was so much love put into these movies, and this captures it perfectly.
